The primary objective of the hospital as a post graduate institute, is to improve the quality of medical education provided to the trainees by ensuring adequate hands-on clinical exposure in all types of patient care stages including critical care and post operative management, under highly experienced and illustrious faculty with considerable experience in various specialities in accordance with guidelines given by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

The Diplomate/Diploma qualification awarded by the NBEMS, are considered at par with the postgraduate degrees awarded by other medical universities. The holders of National Board's qualification, awarded after examination conducted by NBEMS, are eligible to be considered for specialists’ posts/faculty in any hospital and also, a teaching post such as a faculty member, teacher, assistant professor, or a lecturer in a medical training/teaching institution.
