Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery

When medicines and stents are not enough, surgery of the heart, lungs and major vessels takes over. The CTVS team at Kainos operates in modular theatres with dedicated post-operative intensive care and an in-house ECMO programme as a safety net — a combination very few hospitals outside the metros can offer.

The team manages adult and paediatric cases in coordination with cardiology and paediatric cardiology, so a family receives one joined-up plan instead of being shuttled between cities.
